We have openings for up to four hunters interested in our 2023 Annual Elk/Deer Hunt in Central Wyoming. This will be our 18th consecutive year hunting this large ranch in Wyoming. This is not a Guided or Outfitted Hunt, but rather a small group of dedicated Wisconsin elk/deer hunters, who wander westward every year to pursue these wild animals. The camp fee of $2,625 each, includes accommodation for hunting both elk and mule deer. The Wyoming application period for non-resident Elk and Deer starts January 3rd and closes January 31st. Application is made on the Wyoming Game and Fish website. A down payment of $1000 is required no later than January 31, 2023, so that we are assured these openings will be filled and not deprive someone else of an opportunity. This payment can only be made “in person” after detailed phone conversation with this ad’s owners. A refund will be made in the event of an unsuccessful draw. The odds for non-residents drawing of an Elk Bull permit or Mule Deer permit have been challenging the past few years in our hunt area. However, Elk Cow/Calf permits have been drawn fairly consistently. Reminder: Any Elk is a trophy. Our accommodations/meals/etc. are first rate and rely on group support for this hunt.
