Seeking Affordable Accomodations in Dunnellon

Hey there, happy 2023 y'all! I'm planning to visit my dad toward the end of the month or early next month and I'm looking for an affordable place to stay. I've used Airbnb in the past, but currently the least expensive rooms are close to $100/night which is quite steep. Looking for something around $40/night. I don't need anything fancy but I prefer a clean place, ideally with filtered water and maybe a little fridge space. If you or someone you know has a vacant guest room and wants to make some extra money, please reach out. Tips and suggestions welcome too. I can also trade tech help and/or dietary consulting.
