Drummer needed for Metal project

I'm in need of a drummer. I play guitar. I am trying to put together a Metal band. I am looking for a drummer fluent in playing Metal in the vein of Killswitch Engage,Lamb of God, Bullet for my Valentine, Pantera etc... just to name a few. Want to play originals, but the occasional cover is cool with me. Preferably someone in the 30's to early 40's would be ideal, but the age thing really isn't that important if you are ok with playing with somebody in that same age range.
