Lake Keowee Marina is looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor. Our ideal candidate has experience working as a Service Writer/Advisor within a marine or automotive service department, is a self-starter, motivated, reliable, and has computer experience. The Service Writer/Advisor will assist our customers with scheduling work for our service and detail departments, schedule tasks related to the specialties of our marina, possess excellent communication and follow up skills used to communicate real time service updates via email, phone calls, and text. General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred. Preference will be given to those with marine experience, but we encourage those with Service Writing experience within the automotive sector to apply.
