Description
Both are female, both have a great temperament (should have previous experience with snakes and a large enough enclosure, especially for the retic). An 8x4x4 won't cut it for the big girl. I have her in a 15x6.5x5' -- so I don't want to shock her by selling her to someone who has her crammed in a rack. You'll need at minimum 12'x4'.
- 17' Reticulated Python is an Orange glow. Roughly 7.5 years old and 100 lbs. I purchased her 2 years ago, and previous owner had 2 clutches with her. She's never hissed once at me, and we've taken her out of the enclosure and handled her plenty of times. Could be an educational snake. She eats f/t chickens/roosters, large 5lb+ guinea pigs, small pigs, but will not eat rabbits.
- The Burmese Python is a hypo. 3 years old and 20 lbs. Once you get her out, she's 100% cool. Excellent eater. Has eaten rats, small chickens, quail, etc.. Has never refused a meal.
I'm rehoming because I need more room in my basement, and I'm more interested in raising my asian water monitor. It's a lot of work between 2 huge with enclosures -- more than I realized upon building them out. This is a difficult decision because they're both awesome snakes and I've put a *lot* of money into them and their enclosure. I want them going to a good home!
