House cleaning- Part time - Must be Flexible and Detailed

Searching for a fit: I own/ manage 2 Airbnbs in Weeki-Wachee,FL on the River. My fiance cleans them but often needs help. Perfect situation would be someone loal that she could even pick up on days she needs them. Will Pay $15 per hr and usually will be 2 to 4 hours. As one of the homes is a large 3 story home the other is a smaller 2 bedroom. Detail, Detail cleaning + Laundry + changing bedding + Fast paced as often we have guest out at 10AM and new guest back in at 3PM. We also do turnover cleaning for Property Managers / annual rentals/ empty homes. So there may be an opportunity to work in that area too in the future. We supply everything, just need a good DETAILED, FAST PACED worker that can be depended on with no Drug and Alchohol issues. Currently she is struggling with help being dependable and we need to replace them.
