Punk/Rock Band Seeks Guitarist

We’re a band called Lanternfly seeking a new permanent guitar player so we can get back to jamming once a week and playing live 1-2 times per month. We’re all in our mid-20s and are looking for someone also in that approximate age range, +/- a few years. We’ve got day jobs so we’re not striving to take over the world with our music—we just want to have some fun jamming, playing out on occasion, and writing/recording new songs. We play a ~50/50 mix of covers and originals. We’re always open to adding to the set, but thus far we’ve played some covers by: Green Day, The Black Keys, White Stripes, Metallica, Led Zeppelin, and a bunch of others. The ideal candidate would have the chops to play as the standalone guitarist in the band, their own equipment, and a laidback attitude. Get in touch if that sounds like you!
