Black Horse Construction Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Federal Military / Commercial / Industrial construction projects. Must have at least 5 years continuous field experience managing and executing the quality building of ground-up commercial building and infrastructure projects. Must be proficient with numbers, very knowledgeable of building materials and industry standards, codes, scheduling subcontractors / suppliers and project coordination and working with the Project Owner. Must have working knowledge of plans and specs. Must be detailed, organized and computer literate. Strong communication skills required to efficiently and effectively deal with customers, subcontractors and project personnel. Must be willing to travel to the projects in and around NY and out of State if needed. OSHA 10 / 30 required Must be willing to travel.
