Description
Black Horse Construction Group is seeking a experienced Project Manager for Design/Build and Government Commercial projects.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Project Management of projects ranging from $500K to $15M. Must have proven track record of managing projects within that magnitude and scope. Candidate must be willing to travel within NYS and the Northeast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management a plus
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
- Aggressive and self-motivated
- Excels at organization, time management, problem solving and budgeting
- Minimum Five years of construction experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
