Ensuring Morale is high and the team is in good spirits 3. Continuously demonstrating, learning, teaching, and fostering a culture of growth and leadership amongst all members of the crew. Must be reliable, have integrity, and be trustworthy. For Construction skillsets: Must have a strong overall knowledge of all aspects of Construction. Doesn't have to be an expert on everything, but must be competent enough to lead. Must always be learning his or her craft. Must follow safety protocol at all times and ensure the crew is adhering to them as well.
