Spacious 1300 sqft furnished / dressed studio loft with five large windows that provide bright natural North East facing light. Windows can also easily be blacked out. The loft is on the fourth floor of a four storey walk-up building. There is currently no working elevator. Acoustically quiet and shielded from noises (other than the occasional sound of footsteps in the hallway). You will have access to the entire space and can move most furniture / wall dressing. The space is great for: - Photo shoots - Film shoots (Small scale. Scouting welcome) - Private Meetings - Conferences - Script readings ***10% discount for teams/crews that are 100% black diaspora or women. ABOUT THIS LISTER I’m a commercial talent agent who has overseen fashion photo and campaign shoots for a decade now. I designed, decorated and have lived in this loft space for 14yrs but will be working from my Manhattan office during bookings so you’ll have privacy. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS - No smoking in the building  - No lighting of candles unless owner is present  - Furniture or wall dressings / art to be moved only when owner is present - Any trash that is brought in must be removed at end of booking - Rates include 10am call time, 6pm *wrap time.
