QSR is looking to start taking water mitigation jobs in the Raleigh/Durham market. We are an established residential maintenance company that operates throughout three different states. We are looking to start adding remediations services as soon as possible. DUTIES INCLUDE: • Water damage, mold, and Fire and Smoke damage projects. • Extract water from flooded structures using extraction equipment. • Day to day functions include water extraction, demolition, use of hand tools, power tools, general cleanup, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance. • Assist in determining the most effective way to dry the affected materials. • Possibly conduct demolition after a fire, water/flood, sewage, mold or storm damages. • Remove carpets, carpet pads, drywall, and insulation. • Haul debris from job site to truck and occasional moving customer contents away from the work area as needed. • Monitor moisture levels on the job site and record data. • Set, move and monitor humidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and other equipment to the job site. • Set up negative air in affected work areas for containment. • Efficiently and effectively install containment. • Handle water extraction and removal of water-damaged materials. • Communicate a positive image of the company to our customers. • Apply all safety rules and regulations and prevent workplace hazards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 2 years of water mitigation experience or WRT IICRC certification • Organized and detail-oriented • Valid state driver’s license. • Hard-working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs. • Reliable - Must be available to be on call • Problem solver • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Background check required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Dash/MICA/or Moisture Mapper / Encircle • Itel NOW • Technology driven • Matterport Restoration Technician Pay & Perks: • Competitive Pay Based On Experience • Quarterly & Yearly Incentives • PPE is provided
