Looking for grounds keeper

Hello! I am looking to hire a grounds keeper at my house, you will be cleaning windows, spraying down patios, wiping down lounge chairs, painting, power washing, washing cars, cleaning gutters, cleaning garbage bins and more. Ideally 3-4X a week but negotiable. I had a previous groundkeeper that worked for a landscaping company who was packing and would love to fill the same spot. Uniform can be provided or wear what you want even if you get hot.
