Looking for a contractor or skilled handyman to help with some interior home projects over the next 1 - 4 months (may have outdoor projects come summer). Individual must be have good carpentry skills and light electrical/plumbing skills. $20 per hour. Starting this month. Types of projects include: (a) removing some kitchen cabinets & installing solid surface countertops (b) installing new flooring and baseboards (c) framing for an electric fireplace (d) light electrical (new light fixtures & ceiling fans) (e) installing new doors, curtain rods, closet shelving, minor painting etc.
