Duties for Equipment Operator: - Follows supervisor guidance concerning all Frac related operations. - Attends all required safety meetings (on-site and off). - Cross-trains at other Districts, as necessary, to gain required experience and training. - Performs general labor, as necessary. Duties for Shop and Field Diesel Mechanics: - Maintain, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment including; diesel/gasoline engines, transmissions, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, gear boxes, PTO’s, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24 volt electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, electro-mechanical equipment, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment and various other types of oilfield related equipment. Duties for Supervisors: - Reports directly to the Assistant District/Location Manager. - Supervise subordinate employees and subcontractors in location operations ensuring their safety. - Supervise the rigging up and running of oilfield equipment on the rigs safely and efficiently. - Verify testing equipment is within certification. - Assist in managing the personnel, activities, and the use of products to meet the customer's needs. Duties for Engineers: - Interact with the customer and others at the job site in a manner that is effective and promotes a positive image for the company. - Perform job calculations, monitors jobs, prepares post job reports, executes job designs, pricing and maintains quality control. - Perform various mathematical calculations as required in oil field stimulation operations. - Perform and oversee Job Quality testing in the lab and at the job site. - Operate design and monitoring software at the facility and on the job site. Role Requirements: - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test - Must be able to meet company background and motor vehicle requirements Scheduling: - Field Positions: 14/7 - Shop Positions: 14/7 or 10/4 - 12-hour shifts, up to 16-hours per day. 100 +/- hours per week.
