FOUND: Lost dog on W 23rd Ave near Jefferson Park

Found a small white curly haired dog, maybe 15-20 pounds, & male. Found at around 11:30pm on Jan. 4th. Found on W 23rd Ave & Clay St, near Jefferson Park. Was found with a long orange strap, seemingly a makeshift leash, knotted around neck, but no collar. Very sweet and clearly very used to people & mildly trained.
