If you don't have experience, but are willing to work hard and learn, we can provide on the job training. The nature of commercial roofing work is very STRENUOUS. You will be on a roof for the majority of the day and need to be prepared for working hard consistently. Hourly pay is based on experience, and upward mobility in pay and responsibilities are available and encouraged. Responsibilities include providing labor and technical knowledge during a roofing job and the following: Follow Aqua Seal policies, processes, and disciplines (company manuals and handbook). Collaborate with Aqua Seal employees to meet and exceed industry standards and processes. Complete the field tasks per the direction of Roofing Supervisor Abide by all Safety/Quality/Production requirements Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Come to 1144 Walter Price Road Cayce, SC 29033 between 8:30-4:00pm, Monday-Friday to fill out an application.
