Who: Welcoming people of all ages and experience levels looking to connect deeper to themselves, their physical body, and to others. Whether this is your first breathwork session or your seasoned in your practice, this event will create and hold a safe container for you to drop fully into the breath and step away from the thinking mind. What: Join Life Guide & Yoga Teacher, Alex Kuhn and Life & Embodiment Coach, Josh Foxen for a truly unique breathwork experience. You will be immersed in live and recorded music as you go on a meditative journey into altered states through an active breathwork experience. You will leave the experience feel more in your body, connected to yourself, to a community of others, and energized to go about your day with grounded presence. What we’ll cover: We will guide you through 60-75 minutes of breath work that will elevate you to great depths and enhanced inner awareness.
