The BOD POD measures body mass which your weight measurement, using a precise scale. The session includes a BOD POD assessment and time with a Wellness Coach to review results. This assessment is open to the community – you don’t have to be a YMCA member to participate. YMCA membership is not required for participation. Seating is limited, so reserve your space today! Please Note: the Wellness Coach do not have access to your medical history and can only speak in general terms. You should always check with your personal doctor for specific health questions.
