Training for a race and want to learn how to stay injury free? Already dealing with a nagging injury? Spend the morning with us and MedStar Health to learn how to treat your injury as effectively as possible and run pain-free this season! MedStar's team, comprised of both Physicians and Physical Therapists, will be onsite to offer one-on-one 15 minute consultations at Charm City Run Timonium. Spots fill quickly so please register for your time appointment to reserve your spot. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring or wear your current running or walking shoes to your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of time.
