Please join us for our first annual Holistic Health Summit on Saturday January 21, 2023! We are excited to be hosting this event, with the goal of helping the community members improve their health through a variety of evidence-based holistic medicine approaches. We live in a chaotic world and this summit will be your opportunity to learn cutting edge techniques that will help you navigate increased levels of stress and anxiety and to access more tools that will improve your energy levels and promote increased longevity. We will be having expert speakers discuss a number of topics including developing a wellness-oriented mindset to reduce stress and anxiety, vitamins and supplements to strengthen your immune system, intermittent fasting, developing healthy habits to avoid illness, and natural approaches to pain relief (topics subject to change). The event will run from 8 am to approximately 4 pm and will include a healthy lunch. We are so excited to be a part of this great event and hope to see you in January!
