why higher gas prices?

The admiral gas station on s.saginaw is actually controling and increasing gas prices. What he does is when the price goes lower, he will jack up the price 30 to 50 cents and wait. His business will suffer, but eventually, all the station around there will follow suit. They have to out of greed, or whatever. Then as soon as all the stations in the area raise theirs to match his, he lowers his price 3 to 5 cents below theirs. Hes probably making a buck a gallon profit, so for him to sit a couple days with lower business will pay off. He just did again where everyone was at $2.80 and he went to $3.39 as shown in the picture from the 2nd. No buisness. But now he is at $3.37 after everyone else went to $3.39. Maybe a boycott would help.
