WhenJanuary 7th | Arrive anytime between 6 & 6:50 | Sound bath will begin promptly at 7 pm and entry will no longer be permitted as to not disrupt the ceremony. We encourage parking at the Gravity parking garage across the street from the marketplace What to bringBring what you would like to lay on during the ceremony. i.e. yoga mat, pillow, padding, blanket, etc. A blanket is encouraged because of the variability of the temperature in the room. Everyone has different preferences and we want you to be comfortable. Bring a journal and pen so you can reflect on anything that is brought up during the ceremony or to write down any messages that come through for you. We will have a space where you can place objects you would like to be charged with the energy of the night. (please nothing large, small items preferred like crystals, jewelry, bones, etc.) *If you forget an object at the charging station - we have a lost and found. Please email [email protected] if you need to recover lost property from one of our events.Artist & Writers AreaWe have a comfortable section where artists and writers can sit and create during the sound bath. You are encouraged to bring your own art supplies, but there are a variety of art supplies provided if not including coloring books and colored pencils. This section is limited and requires the purchase of an artist and writers ticket. Information for those sensitive or potentially allergic to sensory tools involved in the ceremony: The ceremony will involve the burning of herbal smudge sticks, palo santo, and incense. A variety of colors will be used for the lighting as well as projectors. We have eye masks available to help block out any additional or distracting lighting during the ceremony. This being a sound bath - there will be a wide range of aural stimulus from singing bowls and piano to organic and synthetic ambient textures. If any of this information changes, it will be mentioned at the start of the sound bath. *Occasionally Sound Baths can bring up some deep feelings or thoughts that can be a lot to process in the moment.
