Description

Chair yoga is great for everyone but particularly for those who prefer to move with the support of a chair. Chair Yoga will energize our bodies, cultivate resilience, explore spinal movements and build core strength and flexibility through accessible seated postures. First thing in the morning -- it's better than a cup of coffee! Classes are sponsored by the Boston Public Health Commission and Boston Parks & Recreation Department with support from Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA.
