The Quinnipiac Health Law Journal proudly presents its annual symposium, The New Age in Medicine: Cognitive Testing of Doctors Age 65 and Over- Necessary or Discriminatory? Our esteemed panelists will analyze and discuss the legal repercussions and/or benefits of this cognitive testing. Our panelists are: Dr. Ralph W. DeNatale, MD, Attorney Joshua Goodbaum of Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C., Attorney Michael R. Bertoncini of Jackson Lewis, Attorney Katherine Lam of Jackson Lewis, Attorney Gary Phelan of Mitchell & Sheahan, P.C., Attorney Nicholas Ouellette of Kurien Ouellette, LLC, and Attorney Scott Weiss of Weiss & Weiss, LLC. Moderated by Quinnipiac Law Professor, Jennifer Herbst. This event will take place at the Quinnipiac School of Law, in the Ceremonial Courtroom.
