The Quinnipiac Health Law Journal proudly presents its annual symposium, The New Age in Medicine: Cognitive Testing of Doctors Age 65 and Over- Necessary or Discriminatory? Our esteemed panelists will analyze and discuss the legal repercussions and/or benefits of this cognitive testing.
