Trainer Jane will lead our Mighty MS participants through a warm up, circuit training including strength and balance drills directly related to functional tasks, and a proper cool down.
SIGN UP FOR CLASSES WILL CLOSE 2 HOURS BEFORE START OF CLASS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU SIGN UP FOR ACCESS TO CLASS
Hybrid options are present (only for those that have signed up for class and cannot attend that day but still would like to join), but please understand the focus will be on the in person participants during use of circuit stations.
