Celebrate feeling good in your body with a pre shopping yoga session designed to shake off the winter blues, cultivate joy and strength, and lastly “melt” as your mind and body slip into a deep state of rest. After class linger a little longer for some retail therapy as you check out the new spring collection while enjoying a post class refreshment or mimosa You’ll likely work up an appetite after all the yoga and shopping so make plans to enjoy the rest of your morning by exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants. It’s the perfect little downtown morning out.
