• Must be able to follow directions from management.
• Must be able to learn to pack and load products carefully, be mindful about not breaking them.
• Must be able to monitor quality of work.
• Must know how to swim.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Must be open to learn.
• Able to start immediately.
