The Mexican Consulate of Mexico in San Diego is partnering with stakeholders to host two or more universities fairs in San Diego County with the goal of guiding first generation students through the process of enrolling in College.  Target first generation college students to guide them through the process of enrolling in College.  Explain the process to transfer from a Community College to a 4-year University.  Provide the students with financial aid tools.
