This seminar will be led by Dr. Anne Procyk (ND and founder of Third Stone Integrative Health Center), Leah Harter (LCMHC with CCPC) and Nicole Vobora (ACMHC with CCPC). She has been practicing as an integrative primary care physician for 15 years, seeing thousands of patients and developing a keen understanding of the complex relationships between physical and mental health. In addition to serving her busy practice, she currently teaches seminars nationwide on “Healing Chemical Imbalance Without Drugs: Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Mental Health Disorders.” Her book, “Nutrition for Mental Health: Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions for Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, & ADHD” now makes this information available for everyone. Leah Harter has worked in the private practice setting as a licensed counselor since 2000. Her specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, relationship problems, grief, low self-esteem, conflict management, anger, boundaries, forgiveness, premarital couples and women’s issues. In addition, she supervises practicum and internship students as well as therapists working towards licensure. In addition to talk therapy, Leah is a Master Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Nicole graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in Psychology and graduated from Messiah University with a master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. Nicole is licensed as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) in the state of Utah. Nicole’s work at CCPC’s Counseling and Wellness Center includes working with adolescents, couples, and families in the mental health field.
