The cacao will be prepared ceremoniously prior to your arrival. Each participant will be given a small cup (bring your own if you can) of cacao to sip before we illuminate the studio with candlelight for the sound bath. A sound bath is a type of meditation where participants lay down and are surrounded by soothing sounds created by crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. These sounds are meant to help participants relax, reduce stress, and achieve a greater sense of inner peace. The combination of the vibrations and sound create a trance-like state, transporting you to a place of complete relaxation. During this event, we will spend approximately 30 minutes in ceremony, followed by an hour-long soundbath. Please note, this is ceremonial cacao and not hot chocolate. It will be lightly sweetened with some organic honey, organic almond milk, and a touch of Ceylon cinnamon.
