This ceremony will be focused on intentional grounding techniques, breathwork, and sound frequencies that support the lower chakras. 432hz tuned crystal bowls will be utilized for filling the room through a guided meditation. Also featured will be 1:1 tuning forks from planetary and solfeggio frequency sets. Book time for yourself to rest, reflect, and ground, leaving you feeling uplifted. A ceremonial reminder that both rest and action lovingly support each other. ”Can I pay Cash or Venmo/Zelle?” Yes absolutely! It helps keep my fees down. Feel free to contact me directly to reserve a spot :) “What do I bring?”  I bring extra of everything however most people feel more comfortable using/having their own: Yoga mat, journal, blanket, pillow, eye cover, water bottle, crystals or any items that you would like to have during a meditation. I will be at The Nest early to make sure everyone gets into the space okay.
