The Physical & Mental Health Committee of the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will Go Red for Heart Health on Saturday, February 4th.
Move your body, relax your mind, and learn ways to stay heart healthy. We will have a fitness session, stress management session, and health vendors.
Dress comfortably and prepared to workout and meditate.
While this event is free and open to the public we hope you will consider making a donation that will go towards the American Heart Association.

Parking: There is a parking lot and street parking available.

Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women, taking the life of one in three women each year. This is especially important for African-American women; who are at an increase risk due to factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and diabetes.
Let's move our bodies, relax our minds, and learn ways to stay healthy during these challenging times.
Suggested Donation: $25.00 (all amounts welcome and appreciated) Proceeds go towards the American Heart Association.
