April 1st. 6 pm Cheese making 101 This is our original Cheese Making Class at Soule' We will be making Farmers Cheese-finished off with honey. Infused with Fresh Rosemary, Lemon Zest and Cracked Black Pepper. Then we will make, Ricotta Cheese-Served warm. Then we will pull Mozzarella Curd and Making a Mozzarella Pinwheel-filled with Prosciutto, Fresh Basil and Figs. Once we are done, Everyone will sit and enjoy the cheeses we just made. I will have an assortment of flavored and infused Oils and Vinegar's with fresh Berries, Tomatoes and Crostini's.
