Chinese-American culture has been an important part of New York City life for centuries, and the city celebrates the Lunar New Year with a colorful festival in Chinatown. Celebrate the coming Year of the Rabbit (beginning January 22, 2023) from your home by learning about the Chinese zodiac animals and making a rabbit-themed activity! Take home kits can be picked up in person at the Morris-Jumel Mansion from 12pm-3pm on Saturday, January 14. Any kits not picked up by 3pm may be given away to walk-upsIf you make a reservation and can no longer make it, please cancel the tickets or email us so we can ensure we don't turn others away.
