Join us for a Pop-Up Couples Valentine's Dinner Experience in an historical house in Hondo, Texas. Chef Arthur Orozco will create a night to remember as he tells a love story with food with a romantic three-course meal. The Chef describes his food as, “Clean, fresh, healthy, but most importantly - flavorous, and created with skill & heart. This Valentine’s, come enjoy delectable food without any of the guilt. This way you can save the guilty pleasures for after." -Chef Arthur OrozcoThis intimate two-hour experience will start off with a non-alcoholic cocktail, followed by a brief historical tour of Benny and Heather Flores's 98-year-old home. When dinner is set to begin, Chef Arthur will introduce each of the healthy handmade courses. The courses will be paired with a non-alcoholic artisan craft cocktail. To enhance the Valentine's experience, we will play records featuring love ballads from classic crooners like Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra. Ohhh my beating heart!Since this is a communal experience, Dinner for all will start at 7pm for all. House Tour starts at 6:20This is a pre-planned meal. No alternative courses will be offered. Please review the menu for dietary restrictions. All spices, nuts and sauces will be blended. No substitutions. Advance payment is necessary before reservations are confirmed.Seating will be communal. No isolated tables will be offered.This experience is a community experience, open for all to attend.
