House Manager Needed asap

We are a family very new to the area from out of state… and we need help! This position is for a self starter who is free to set their own way of getting things done… and can rest assured there will be no micromanaging. This position is not for the faint of heart and is necessary for a go getter. However, I reiterate, as the “house manager”, feel free to sit and take breaks on the deck overlooking the beautiful scenery, or enjoying our waterfalls… you set your pace, so as long as the work gets done feel free to sit, visit, enjoy Starbucks, and lunch is always provided courtesy whatever Uber Eats provides! We are looking for a jack of all trades, so to speak: someone who is able to get all the work done that is needed to run a tight ship: think laundry, to animal care, and everything in between. A valid drivers license is a MUST. You are privy to use of a luxury vehicle while your time here, as running errands will often be necessary, driving children to and from school and Drs appts for me and at times, kids. Yes, there was a time I did all of this myself, however, due to a serious medical condition that ended my career as a nurse early and keeps me feeling sick and unable to drive for extended periods of time frequently, this has become our new norm. Someone whom is great with children… a MUST! Our children love to be around people and we have one with special needs… we are a busy house! If you are capable and willing of meal prep, Bless your heart… we have zero skills and Uber Eats has become family… we’re ready to divorce them! Lol PLEASE… if you are well into your 30’s and over, and this sounds like a job for the Fairy Godmother in you… reach out ASAP. We are in need right away. One more thing, where we moved from, we had someone for 8yrs. We would like someone who can plan on some longevity as we do not want a revolving door for the obvious reasons that would come to mind, but namely for the sake of our children. Stability is everything at their ages and we just don’t want to bring people in and out of their lives. We pay very well with wage increases… oh, and ZERO tax deductions. PTO and paid major holidays, and other added Benny’s are often thrown in😉. This is a full time position. M-F 7:30-3:30 during the school year, and a bit more flexible with hours, M-F in the summer, but still needing 40hrs roughly. Sound like a fit for you? Then we can’t wait to hear from you, yesterday!
