Join FFC Park Ridge at Athleta Park Ridge for a FitKick class and private shopping party on Saturday, January 28! FitKick is a signature FFC cardiovascular class using techniques from boxing and kickboxing. This is a great class for students who want to train like a professional boxer without the body contact. Class begins at 8 AM at Athleta Park Ridge. Immediately following the class, all participants are invited to stick around the store to shop before it opens to the public! FFC will be raffling off prizes and Athleta will be giving a $15 Athleta appreciation card to all attendees.
