D1 Training is proud to present its first annual Pup & Pal 5k race! You can choose to walk, run, or bike this event. Our best dressed pup will get $100 cash!! First 20 people to sign up will get a free D1 shirt, and a free week of membership with us. This event will take place at Lakewood Park (2040 Artesian Springs Crossing, Leander, TX 78641) Event will start at 1pm sharply. Starting point will take place on the main field across from the skate park. (We will have a booth to designate the start point) Judges will take pictures of the best dressed pup before the start of the race and announce the winner before the race starts. The event will consist of two laps around the park. We will have a midway check point for water (Pups & Pals). All breads are welcomed and must remain on leash for this event. Course map below. You only need to purchase one ticket for the family and or multiple dogs to attend. Proceeds of the event will go to local kids and animal charities in the area.
