Building on the principles learned in Supervisor 101, this workshop will give you the skills and the opportunity to practice what it takes to set clear expectations, reinforce the behaviors you need and correct the behaviors that drag others down. This is an interactive workshop that gives participants real-world practice to understand what it takes to lead others. All workshop materials and lunch are provided.
