The Breathe Youth Fest is an annual event held by Breathe California Sacramento Region-it is designed to engage youth and young adults in public health, advocacy, and provide a night of fun! The 2023 Breathe Youth Fest (formerly known as the Breathe Youth Media Awards) will be held in-person on January 27, 2023, from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Mack Powell Event Center. Thank you to the Sacramento Association of Realtors for sponsoring this event. This FREE event is put on in partnership with Breathe California Sacramento Region’s Youth Advisory Board and is a free night of entertainment, activities, raffle prizes, and tobacco prevention education! The event will also include the announcement of the 2022-2023 Smoke and Tobacco Free PSA Contest winners! The Youth Advisory Board members will be sharing the youth voice about the dangers of tobacco and the winning PSA videos will be played. All middle and high school students within Sacramento County are invited to join us for this free night of fun and will receive a $20 gift card for their attendance! Students will get to choose between three different types of gift cards. Parents, teachers, public health professionals, and our partners are also invited to join this event, but priority will be for students!
