In this four week series, instructor Damia Cungtion will teach accessible international cuisine that won't break the bank! Register for all four classes and receive a basket with ingredients to take home and a certificate of completion! Register for singular classes for $20/class or the entire series for $75! Each week of the class will focus on the following dishes: CLASS #1 - JANUARY 12TH - 6-8PM African Cuisine - Jollof Rice, Goat Meat with Fufu CLASS #2 - JANUARY 19TH - 6-8PM Indian Cuisine - Butter Chicken, Basmati Rice, Naan Bread CLASS #3 - JANUARY 26TH - 6-8PM American Cuisine - Cheeseburger, French Fries, Pickle CLASS #4 - FEBRUARY 2 - 6-8PM Mexican Cuisine - Carne Asada Tacos and Elotes This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market.
