It involves 75 days of:
- Complete two 45 Minute Workouts (one must be outside no matter the weather)
- 1 gallon of water daily
- No alcohol
- Read 10 pages of a personal development book daily
- Follow any diet. Choose one thing to not have for 75 days.
- Take a progress photo daily
We will be discussing the challenge and what it pertains to being a part of the group. Nutrition will be discussed during the seminar that can teach participants more about well balanced diets.
