Safe Plates is a food safety training course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing a CFP-ANSI accredited exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Passing this exam satisfies the FDA Model Food Code requirement for a certified food protection manager.
Classes: March 6-7, 2022 from 9:00am - 4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break (on your own). *Light snacks and water will be provided*
Exam: March 8, 9:00am - 12noon
Location: Room 305, Carteret County Cooperative Extension, 303 College Circle, Morehead City, NC *located on the third floor of the CMAST building*
Registration Fee: $150.00 (includes the cost of the book, practice exam, exam and fees)
