Are you tired of leasing and ready to own your own home? In this workshop you will be educated on the Homebuyer Process from multiple industry leaders. You will learn about different down payment assistance programs available to help first time homebuyers along with the different financing options from two of our Preferred Lenders. Free Material will be provided. Lunch will be provided and there will be giveaways/prizes at the end. Pre-approval screenings will be available to determine your home readiness. Please bring the following as applicable: ❒ Legible copy of valid driver’s license. ❒ Complete address(es) where you have lived for the past two years (all borrowers). ❒ Copy of the Sales Contract. ❒ Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of landlords for the past two years (information only). ❒ Pay-stubs to cover most recent 30-day period. ❒ Salaried Employees: Most recent two years’ W-2 or 1099 forms. ❒ Commissioned Employees: Most recent two years personal 1040 tax returns (including supporting schedules) and YTD income statement. ❒ Self-Employed: Last two years’ signed personal/corporate Federal tax returns (with all supporting schedules). ❒ Last two months bank statements (i.e. checking, savings, 401K, stocks) (all pages). ❒ Most recent quarterly brokerage statements (all pages) (if applicable). ❒ Complete Bankruptcy Filing (if applicable). ❒ Complete Divorce Decree (if applicable) Our goal is to equip you with the tools needed to easily transition from leasing to owning your own home in 2023.
