When our home caught on fire in 2013, the one word that comes to mind about how I was feeling is "helpless." As people gave us items to furnish our new home, we were of course grateful but powerless. The Beahive Closet will open quarterly to empower families that are just moving into their homes, and to take away that helpless feeling. It will allow them to select items that suit them. We ask that you bring a gently used or new home good item or make a donation as admission. In appreciation, you will receive a signature drink ticket, appetizers, and a chance to network with like-minded individuals while enjoying the ambiance of the District Bar & Lounge.
