Male VOCALIST/SINGER NEEDED for active TOP 40 event/party band! IMPORTANT: This is an established band, not a startup. We currently play 2-4 shows per month, mostly on Friday & Saturdays in the Palm Beach/Broward/Miami regions, both public & private performances. Shows are typically 1-3 sets of music. We perform with in-ear monitors, and an ampless stage setup. We do not rehearse, each musician and singer prepares on their own time and shows up ready to play the setlist! Before you respond to this, please read below! You should: - Be able to sing various styles of music (Funk, Pop, Motown, R&B) - Song List below - Have experience gigging with a band! - Have a fun, positive attitude about creating musical performances and engaging the crowd! - Be comfortable performing with in-ear monitors, metronome, and backing tracks with cues. - Be willing to study new material on your own time, and come to shows prepared to perform! - We utilize a lyric teleprompter for every song we play, so you don't need to memorize every lyric, but should know how to sing it when prompted. - BE PUNCTUAL! When you say you will show up at a venue at a certain time, you must live up to that promise to get paid in full. Must have reliable transportation, and good time management skills. - Be able to perform all over the south Florida tri-county region, from as north as West Palm/Jupiter, thru Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami. Most shows will be in that range, with occasional performances in the Keys, Naples, & Bahamas. - Be available on Friday & Saturday evenings, as most of our performances are on those nights. - BONUS- If you can speak/sing in Spanish, please let us know that in your submission.
