MUST BE INSURED!!! Looking for a crew of 5+ people to complete 7+ buildings of exterior painting. With potential for workload to be increased when proven to be reliable. Pay is based per building Must have your own sprayer, ladders, brushes, & rollers. We will provide any other material necessary to complete the job. Crews must be fast paced, efficient, and reliable. Previous crews typically take a week to complete each building. Scope includes 2 different color schemes with 5 colors in each scheme. Scope of work listed in the pictures. -Contractors are responsible for prep which includes: covering nearby vehicles, applying plastic to windows, breezeway floors, and front doors. -Contractors are responsible for painting entire building exterior, patio storage doors, all railing, breezeways, & breezeway ceilings. -Contractors are responsible for leaving the job site clean & power washing any over spray.
