Mechanic or fixer upper 97 Crown Vic, V8, make offer

1997 Ford Crown Victoria, recently started overheating. It starts and will drive, but it reaches H within 15 minutes after. This started only 2 weeks ago and was doing fine all year. Im posting this as: make me an offer to buy. Clean and ready title. The radiator looks new, the alternator does as well, the battery was replaced a few months ago. As a quick try, I replaced the thermostat, this did not improve. I am not in a position to fix or pay to have it so Im seeking offer. Contact:
