Location: Plainfield, IL Working hours: 8-hour on weekdays. From 8-4:30 with a 30-minute lunch break. Mcraft Leather, located in Plainfield ( close to 59th/127th St.), IL, is seeking a responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join the team. This job will require quality labor, maintenance, sewing and fabrication skills to ensure products meet our high-quality product standard. You will work in a spacious office. Start at $16/hours if qualified. The following skills are required: - Dependability - Fine motor skill - Hard work ethics - Previous leather work skills or quilt/sewing skills preferred - Ability to use sewing machines - Good hand stitching skills - Be able to work with paints, dyes, sanding, skiving and finishes used to complete products. - Tidy and clean - Passionate with craftsmanship
